It’s no surprise that Smithey is a company of food lovers, home cooks, and cast iron aficionados. We believe everyone should fall in love with cooking in cast iron.

When we set out to write Seasoned, we wanted to create a book that would inspire the cast iron-curious to reach for a skillet and give seasoned cooks a fresh reason to do the same.
