Return and Exchange Policy
* Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.*
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. For bridal registry items, the request must be made within 30 days from the wedding date.
- Items must be new and unused, in their original packaging with any tags attached.
- There should be no visible signs of wear or usage. Acceptance of the item's condition is subject to our discretion
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale/clearance
- Seasonal items
- Special orders
- Customized products
Process for In-Store Returns/Exchanges
For purchases made in-store, simply bring your item(s) and the original receipt to our store to initiate a return or exchange.
