Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


Return and Exchange Policy

Please note: Products on final sale/clearance, special orders or customized products can't be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are available for in-store purchases only. For returns via mail, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item for return back to The Pharmacy Gifts (along with associated shipping fees).  

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN VIA MAIL:

  • Return requests must be sent within 30 days of delivery of product (see below for the process overview).
  • All items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and all tags attached (if applicable).
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This is up to our discretion.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS:

  • Please email us at gifts@thepharmacyrx.com and be sure to include the following information:
    • The order number related to your return.
    • The product(s) you would like considered for your request.
    • If your item was damaged in shipping or delivery, please include a photo with your request.
  • We will reply via email to confirm receipt of the request (or to request additional info needed to process the return).
  • Once we have received your item, we will inspect your package and notify you of the status of your refund or store credit via email. 
  • Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. All refunds or store credits will be issued less shipping and handling.
  • For returns (refunds): Customers typically receive the purchase credit within 5-7 business days, depending on the card issuer's policies.
